By downloading, accessing, or using Searchlify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. App Store Purchases

Searchlify is distributed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store. Certain premium features may require an In-App Purchase. By making a purchase:

• All payments are processed securely by Apple.
• We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Local Operation & Data

Searchlify operates entirely locally on your device. We do not have access to your files, search queries, or the index created by the application. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or hardware issues resulting from the use of this application.

4. Limitation of Liability

Searchlify is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall the developers or owners of Searchlify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Searchlify only for lawful purposes. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or modify the application.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
